Holixion's Flower in the sea ( Faith )

The story of this city begins with Sugu having a dream, in this dream she meets a strange figure that calls itself Holixion, this being looks like a cloak with four arms and a mask and calls himself God. Sugu is blown away by this beings appearance and asks him why he has appeared.

So Holixion speaks and says he has created a world for her and others, a world where four prophets shall come. Through Faith will she know both the coming of this first prophet but also the magic principles of the world he has created. Further he tells Sugu that only she can recognize the prophet when he comes and to go out and call her people.

She tells and talks to people about his coming and informs them on the world her God has created. She does this holding a scepter that she was taught to build with the help of Hoixion.

The Prophecy itself

The prophet shall be unseen in the waters of the city, for he will disappear and have no reflection nor appearance behind water, instead his form will radiate invisibly.

He will be seen riding a turtle that carries him across the earth as he approaches the people below they mountains they will witness him descending from.

His tears will flow from him in joy, for his time and city had come and he could not come before its coming and construction for it was meant to be.

He will make his presence known before or after the country is made, at the dawn of the 14th hour. Upon arrival the people will be aware of his coming and appearance.

His coming is signalled by a rose that shall be born in the city of the people. A bright red rose whose brilliance shall be condemned for its placement in the place it should not be.

His presence within the city shall cast away the rain from it and their shall be no more sorrow in the city for its first prophet has come and proof made.

Only the prophet knows who and how the next one will come.

It is unknown if this prophet will do these things literally or metaphorically and his appearance and purpose is unknown even to the author at this time.

The Cities themselves.

In the cities their will be fountains for the coming prophet and for the people, so that he may show them his absence in the water. The city is also responsible for collecting and filtering the water of the people both in and outside the society, although it is often done as a form of trade for other products among the other cities of the land. 

The stones of the cities are to be either shades of white but never true grey, or shades of blue except never black and these shall be made in very blocky colored shapes, made from bricks and blocks so that they seem rectangular or square in nature and are only to be made into sky scrapers four times per city ( as per request by the God holixion and the symbol of the prophets ).

Similar to honeyhive and the like, rape, murder, fraud and thievery are illegal and can result in criminal offense and expulsion from the city. Kindness and truthfulness are highly encouraged and if caught doing the opposite in most contexts will result in expulsion ( unlike honeyhive )

This nation does not agree with war, nor invasion or military and thus only has a form of police to closely protect the citizens and remove any undesirable people from the society. Any entry into the main court of the cities must be granted by a person of interest and this inner court is blocked by a black wall of great height and strength. Any other form of protection has been supplied within reason by the other cities in the area, thus keeping the city safe at a certain degree. 

Their are a total of five cities within this place and each is meant to one day belong to a prophet of the society, but today functions in accordance with the rules of Sugu who rules it with great kindness, she will recognize the prophet when he comes and give him ( if he is the prophet ) 1 fifth of the city.

The reason for this is that if some of the people disagree with the prophets decisions, they still have a home to return to with the same form of behavior and beleif, thus the cities will one day be avered and made separate portions of the world. This also gives opportunity for the people to make a decision on whether they stay within the cities walls or not. Because each city will change.

Due to the arrangement of the cities, with the four smaller cities surrounding one larger city ( In case large groups require to remain in the old world ) it is believed by some that the city itself is the rose spoken of in the prophecy. While it is true that this is part of their worlds physical nature, it is considered unsavory because it is too soon to be the rose spoken of and is not red.

The magic practiced by the faith

Color vials are one of the two kinds of magic practiced within the courts of the land. These vials are drank to produce magical effect and are a mixture of sugar, flavor and color in water. Each drink causes an event to occur in some form or another and their is a metaphysical explanation for it that follows the grid of color, effect and flavor. Their is even an explanation for why it does not always work and or function exactly, within the society.

Each color vial can be mixed to create other forms of manifestation, but these meanings and flavors cannot be changed, the mixed results however can due to vastness of compounds.

These mixtures are the result of the suns energy, through its light and effects on the sugar of the earth, thus its being. The flavor is the kind of its result, which is embodied by that specific taste and the color is the bond which activates this structure and formation of its kind and being. Through its digestion in the stomach arises its manifestation, which is a mystical smoke aura that wafts out of the mouth and is watered, thus creating the will of the selected kind in the sea of the world. ( more on the world later )

The explanation for the failure of a spell is that it did not fail but manifested in another way then expected by the person, thus it is recommended not to expect its effect but rather drink it and receive its blessing as it manifests. The reason for its peculiar manifestation is that it is not an awareness but a physical process that causes the formation of the wills.

The people of the flower also practice a form of divination which is different from divination here on earth and is quite simple in nature, time in this case is divided into four sections ( day, evening, night and morning ) and measurements are made with the  sky, through its clear or cloudy nature, which represents great or poor respectively. Thus it predicts whether someone will soon have a good or poor moment in time and it is believed that one can avoid this as well. 

As an example, if it is a clear night with no cloud visible in the sky from your location, you will have a good evening at some eventual but close point in time. Its length is inverse to that of the length of this clear or raining sky, thus if it rains for a long time then it will only be poor later for a short time.

The period between this is called cloudy and is thus the null setting of this form of divination.

The earth the people live on.

It is believed by the people of the flower that, believe it or not, they live on a flower. This flower is the cities of their world and the form by which their world was made by their god. However, the whole of the flower remains only partially seen due to curvature and the greater nature of their God. 

This flower has five petals and each is a city, the whole flower lives underwater and is considered alive, for the sky is the ocean and the road out of town is the stem of faith which budded the flower and its route to the drowned.

The drowned are the things that God did not create, the things he did not make and did not put in the world at large, the rest of the things he could have created but did not, even people are among the drowned and these uncreated things are permissible to the people of the flower, but not part of the earth. It is to be explored outside the world to better understand the beauty of the world. They may interact with the uncreated and drowned in a specific way. 

In the sky are two noble objects which represent the greater earths power and sustainance, the moon represents the proofs of their God, the physical miracles he permitted to them. Thus the only things permitted to exist within this city technologically are proofs of this God. 

Cellphones and computers are welcome but no nanotechnology is permitted, rather it is beleived that disease is to be cured the old way and protected by the drowned, for disease exists not on their world, thus they live in a dome over the city and are vaccinated for various potential drowned illnesses. 

The sun represents the magic of their world and its aura is the charge of the color vials ( which are also a form of medicated vitamix in some cases. ) 

If someone were to get sick, the drowned anticreations have entered their world and the people must be cleansed outside the cities courts. Likely in the neighboring cities of Honeyhive. 

The string of faith, which is the stem emits the whole reality, the feilds surrounding the cities are not part of the world but rather among the drowned. 

The Philosophy of the people

The beleifs of the people on the flower is that one should have faith in holixion for the next and coming prophets who have not yet been known ( I figured out what it is now ) thus the coming of the prophets is a great mystery until they have come, one that is agreed to be only a matter of guessing but never certainty until it comes to the people on the day of recognition. 

Thus their view of faith is that one can beleive things but cannot know if they are true, rather then the beleif that it is true within the reason of their beleif. This is because faith in something to the people is simply to beleive it and to think it and know it, not to think it is true. Thus the beleif in the world is the beleif in the portion they beleive, rather than within the bounds of what they think is "right". 

They beleive they can ponder what the next portion of the world to come will be but cannot know what it is until it arrives and that through faith that they will oneday know they can have fun before it comes and transforms the earth and brings new faith to the flower, but that it will still be a greater thing, one not all will like. Thus their faith is in the things they beleive to be their faith.

It is beleived that the greater world of holixions creation is beyond the scope of their current understanding and cannot thus be known by the things percieved within their current earth and that the whole of its passing shall be a beauty and faith of such wonder, some will refuse it as such and call it another thing but faith. They beleive that it cannot be yet percieved because it is passed beleif and faith. Passed even the other cities.

Holixion is their God, he is the literal form of this being in their eyes and while it is accepted that their are other uncreated things, it is Holixion who they choose to beleive in through their faith in such things as the power to see him as he is. They are aware that others disagree with such things and understand that some are offended by this, thus they accept the drowned anticreation to be another thing entirely, not among their world of faith. His mask represents the power of faith to blind oneself from the anticreation and so see only what they beleive.

Sugu plans to make peace with the drowned things, so that they can coexist and thus she will venture out into the depths of the sea to find the things unseen and beleive she is still within the place of her God, but the place he did not make and did not give her in the same way. The things he did not make are for others and thus not for her, accept when she enters its depths.

The rules of interaction among the people of the faith and flower are to accept the other as they are uncreated and not part of life, not even dead but simply not among the world they know, they do not accept the same world as her because drowned in the not they are another thing competely, something that is not a thing. Thus they see the faith of the their philosophy as the beleif to be in their world, rather then in the world of not a world.

The way in which they work with the uncreated is that of adventure through their beleif, that this place in the drowned is but a nothing and that their home is back in the flower, that their is no way this is the creation of their faith, no way this is the creation of the great Holixion, but that their must be room for it somewhere in the unbelief. So that it doesn't exist and they can have faith, even when they can't see what it is. As if it isn't real and the drowned are nothing but must be kept in peace as they are, for they don't exist and do not come to them, except when they go to them or are let into the courts of their kingdom to be made faithful of their earth.

Beleif is thus their means of power to see only the way of what they are and it blinds the world of the drowned from being anything at all.

The Afterlife for the people of the flower.

The people of Holixion beleive that the afterlife is a waiting ground where their is a ball, a form of dance kind of ball. The people up in the heaven of the stars dance and intermingle as they wait to return to the earth. They eat luxurious snacks and drink faulous water while chatting and taking each other out to dance in the soft music of its courts, when they have grown tired of the dance and snacks is when they vanish from the stars and return to the flower as a baby or perhaps if they wish, to become among the uncreated, just as a person can become uncreated in life too. 

They discuss things and matters from across both the created and uncreated that they did in their last life before vanishing and forgetting it all, to lead a new life in the faith or uncreated.

It is said to be a place where the sun and moon are beneath the feet and are seen spinning below a glass floor that is one way transparent. That the columns and windows of the building are beautiful and that those windows glow a soft white like the stars they are.
